Why I Made It
One summer afternoon, I was in the backyard trying to deflate a giant inflatable pirate ship. It had multiple compartments - and each one had its own one-way air valve. My 3 young kids were calling for me from inside, and I stood there struggling, holding one valve open one at a time, trying to press out the air while the sun beat down. I remember thinking, there must be a better way. I researched far and wide and there simply was not a better way.
That moment sparked what would become a four-year journey—working with engineers, testing dozens of prototypes, and finally creating a tool that takes the hassle out of both inflating and deflating all sizes of one-way air valves (the ones with the plugs that you have to manually pinch or bite).
With EZBREEZY™, I could have clipped one onto each of the 8 valves, walked inside, and come back out to a gigantic float that was nearly flat—ready to roll up and pack away. It’s a small thing, but it changes everything.
