Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email hello@goezbreezy.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label (for US orders) or instructions for international returns.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the specified carrier.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need a different color, contact us—exchanges are subject to stock availability.
